My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. After booking a two-bedroom non-smoking room two months in advance, I arrived to find that the receptionist denied my reservation despite proof. I was forced to pay extra for a room that I originally booked. It felt deceptive, and I had to escalate the issue with Expedia to get a refund. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
